Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 3-5 business days after processing. Processing orders takes 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking information and confirmation of the order details. Shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on destination. xbC is NOT responsible for your package after it has been shipped.

Refund and Exchange Policy: All sales are final and no exchanges.

What products should I use on my xtensions?

To keep your xtensions looking and feeling their best, we recommend using the hair care products listed below. Using the right products and maintaining a consistent hair-care routine will help preserve the hair’s softness, texture, shine, and overall quality.

  • Garnier Fructis Curl NOURISH Shampoo + Conditioner
  • Kirkland Signature Moisture Shampoo 
  • Aussie Miracle Curls Shampoo + Conditioner
  • Miss Jessies Pillow Soft OR Miss Jessies Jelly Soft Curls 

Please note: If you choose to use products that are NOT recommended by xbC, we cannot guarantee how the hair will respond. xbC is NOT responsible for changes to the hair’s quality, texture, color, condition, or longevity resulting from the use of unapproved products or improper care.

How many bundles do I need?

  • This ultimately depends on your desired amount of fullness.
  • 3 bundles are recommended for lengths up to 22in.
  • 4 bundles of xtensions is recommended for 24in or longer. 
  • The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.

How long does this hair lasts?

  • This hair can generally last for 2+ yrs if properly taken care of. 
  • Best method of treatment is to take care of xtensions like you would treat your natural hair. 
  • For best results wash when necessary  or bi-weekly.

Hair Care: Please use very little styling products to avoid unnecessary product build up.

  • Avoid alcohol based products to prevent drying out your hair. Alcohol based products will result in dry/brittle damaged like hair. 
  • Dampen hair with a spray bottle and use wide tooth comb to prevent hair from  matting at the nape. 
  • Always scrunch xbC Curly hair gently to reform/define curls using the recommended products above. 
  • Using conditioner and water only to get defined curls will also provide you with fluffy defined curls.
  • Always allow hair to air dry, if you can.
  • Style as desired using tips above

Wash Day:

  • Detangle completely before shampooing. Do not shampoo more than 1x a week.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm/cool water.
  • Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb from tip to root.
  • Rinse thoroughly + let air dry for best results.
